At ExpressCAD, we provide precision-crafted dental prosthetics with reliable turnaround times to support your clinic’s workflow. Please review our shipping details below:

Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Zirconia All-on-X arches (with or without titanium bars) ship within 7 business days from receipt of the completed lab slip and all required scans, files, and photos.

  • Crowns and bridges ship within 3 business days from receipt of all necessary case materials.

Timely submission of all required documentation is essential to maintain these schedules. Delays in receiving materials may affect production and delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your preferred courier. Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are based on package size, weight, destination, and service level, and will be clearly itemized in your invoice or order confirmation.

Case Tracking

Track your case status anytime through our website by logging into your account for real-time updates from design to delivery.

Damaged Shipments

ExpressCAD takes full responsibility for any products arriving damaged. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no cost.

Delays & Lost Packages

While rare, delays may occur due to external factors. Our team will assist you promptly should your shipment be delayed or lost.

International Shipping

We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
